Default Currency
Select the default currency for your forms. This is used for product fields, credit card fields and others.
Background Notifications
Enable background (asynchronous) notifications to improve form submission performance by using a separate request to send the notifications, so the user can see the confirmation before notification sending has completed.
Logging
Enable if you would like logging within Gravity Forms. Logging allows you to easily debug the inner workings of Gravity Forms to solve any possible issues.
Default Form Theme
This theme will be used by default everywhere forms are embedded on your site Learn more about form theme and style settings.(opens in a new tab) 
Toolbar Menu
Enable to display the forms menu in the WordPress top toolbar. The forms menu will display the ten forms recently opened in the form editor.
Dashboard Widget
Turn on to enable the Gravity Forms dashboard widget. The dashboard widget displays a list of forms and the number of entries each form has.
Automatic Background Updates
Enable to allow Gravity Forms to download and install bug fixes and security updates automatically in the background. Requires a valid license key.
No Conflict Mode
Enable to prevent extraneous scripts and styles from being printed on a Gravity Forms admin pages, reducing conflicts with other plugins and themes.
